Todd Berger is currently an Assistant Professor of Law and Director of the
Syracuse University College of Law Criminal Defense Clinic. He was previously a Lecturer in Law at the University of Pennsylvania School of Law, where he taught the Criminal Defense Clinic, and a former Assistant Defender at the Defender Association of Philadelphia.
Jason Hoge is currently a Practitioner-in-Residence with the Office of Clinical Legal
Education at Syracuse University College of Law, where he supports primarily the Criminal Defense Clinic. He previously represented indigent defendants in the Wayne County Public Defender’s Office and was the Lead Attorney and Project Director (Re-Entry) in the Monroe County Legal Assistance Center, where he investigated and litigated employment discrimination claims.
